We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder to secure recent business through freelance portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru. In this role, you will analyze client requirements, draft highly personalized proposals, and manage our agency profiles. Your main goal is to win projects, build client relationships, and hit monthly revenue targets for our development and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Sourcing: Scan bidding platforms daily to find relevant project postings.
Proposal Writing: Craft tailored, qualified bids that directly address client pain points.
Requirement Analysis: Review technical project descriptions to ensure our team can deliver the work.
Client Communication: Manage initial messaging, answer questions, and build early trust with prospects.
Deal Closing: Set up discovery calls or close smaller projects directly through platform chat.
Profile Management: Maintain and optimize company profiles to boost visibility and trust scores.
Target Benchmarks:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, or digital marketing services.
Writing Skills: Flawless English grammar with the ability to write engaging, non-templated proposals.
Negotiation Skills: Strong sales and closing skills to handle price objections effectively.
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Upwork connect systems, job success scores, and bidding algorithms.
Education: Graduate degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Pay: ₹18,527.04 - ₹61,683.33 per month
