Key Responsibilities
Source and procure materials, machine components, and production consumables.
Identify, develop, and manage vendor relationships.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Production, Design, Stores, and Quality departments.
Monitor inventory and maintain optimum stock levels.
Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
Maintain purchase records, documentation, and vendor databases.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through effective sourcing.
Prepare procurement reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
MBA in Operations/Supply Chain will be an added advantage.




Required Experience 3–8 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement within the Manufacturing or Engineering Industry.
Experience in Plastic Machinery, Injection Molding Machine, Industrial Machinery, Heavy Engineering, or Capital Equipment Manufacturing will be preferred.

Required Skills
Solid vendor sourcing and vendor development skills.
Excellent negotiation and cost optimization abilities.
Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
Ability to understand technical specifications and engineering drawings.
Working knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
