We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Slimming Manager to manage daily branch operations and ensure excellent client service in the slimming and wellness center.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the slimming center
Handle client consultations and maintain customer satisfaction
Monitor slimming treatments and client progress
Supervise therapists and wellness staff
Achieve monthly sales and branch targets
Maintain service quality, hygiene, and discipline in the branch
Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally
Ensure proper follow-up for appointments and packages
Support team training and performance monitoring
Requirements
MSc Nutrition and Dietetics is mandatory
1–3 years of experience in Slimming / Wellness industry
Valuable communication and leadership skills
Experience in client handling and team management
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of slimming treatments and wellness services
Basic computer knowledge
