Operate and monitor ETP equipment such as pumps, blowers, clarifiers, filters, and dosing systems.
Monitor water quality parameters including pH, TDS, BOD, COD, TSS, and flow rates.
Perform chemical dosing and process adjustments to achieve desired treatment results.
Collect water samples and coordinate laboratory testing.
Maintain daily log sheets, operation records, and chemical consumption reports.
Carry out routine inspections and minor maintenance of plant equipment.
Ensure compliance with Pollution Control Board norms and environmental regulations.
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
Maintain safety standards and positive housekeeping in the plant area.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. (Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field).
2–5 years of experience in ETP/STP/RO plant operations.
