Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage the financial operations of our eCommerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling marketplace transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring GST compliance, and supporting monthly financial reporting. Experience with eCommerce platforms and accounting software is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Reconcile transactions from eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, First Cry, and other sales channels.
Reconcile payment gateway settlements (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, etc.) with bank statements.
Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Process vendor payments and customer refunds.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage GST compliance, including return filing, input tax credit reconciliation, and e-invoicing where applicable.
Assist in TDS calculations, return filing, and statutory compliance.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.




Monitor inventory valuation and coordinate with operations for stock reconciliation.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial dashboards for management.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable laws.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an eCommerce, retail, or FMCG setting.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Experience with Tally is must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
Experience reconciling marketplace settlements and payment gateways.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
