We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing logistics team.

Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and outbound outreach (US market)
Develop current shipper relationships and maintain follow-ups
Coordinate with carriers and internal operations team
Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers
Provide shipment updates and ensure smooth coordination

Qualifications
Minimum 3 months of experience in international sales (US market preferred)
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work in US shift (night shift IST)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
