Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise civil works such as foundations, pedestals, plinth beams, flooring, and drainage.
Ensure correct placement, alignment, and level of anchor bolts.
Coordinate with erection teams during steel structure installation.
Monitor daily site activities and manpower.
Drawings & Technical Coordination
Study and interpret PEB GA drawings, foundation drawings, and civil layouts.
Coordinate with design, fabrication, and erection teams.
Prepare and maintain bar bending schedules (BBS) and quantity take-offs.
Quality Control
Ensure civil works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Check concrete grades, reinforcement, shuttering, and curing.
Maintain QA/QC records, test reports, and checklists.




Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with site safety norms and PPE usage.
Conduct toolbox talks and follow safety procedures during excavation and erection activities.
Planning & Reporting
Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and work schedules.
Track material consumption and coordinate timely material availability.
Assist in billing, measurements, and subcontractor coordination.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
