Key Responsibilities:
Collect and prepare metal and sand samples for testing.
Perform green sand testing and maintain testing records.
Assist in spectrometer and chemical analysis.
Conduct hardness and microstructure testing.
Record laboratory test results accurately.
Calibrate and clean laboratory equipment.
Support quality control activities in the foundry.
Follow 5S and safety procedures.
Coordinate with Production and Quality departments.
Maintain laboratory documentation and reports.
