Responsibilities:

A minimum of 1.5 years of exp. Must have the technical knowledge in Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit (mandatory) & Photoshop. Must be positive at art/photography.
Reporting to Sr. Architect
Should be capable of developing detailed designs of a project with a given basic layout/ ideas/ sketch
Responsible for handling individual projects assigned.
Should have valuable knowledge of working drawings/ detailed drawings/ all drawings required for construction purposes. Should be able to draft these drawings as well if required.
Should be able to delegate, assign work, and train Draughtsmen.
Should handle Vendors and contractors when required.
Should maintain positive relationships with Civil Team and vendors/ contractors.
Responsible for providing required drawing to Civil Team for the assigned project.

Technical Skills: MS Office, Auto Cad, Sketch-up, Photoshop, and Any rendering software (Lumion)
