About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Intern / Finance Intern with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our Finance & Accounts team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance, along with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Support preparation and review of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
Support GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Prepare and maintain supporting documents for audits.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external consultants as required.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.




Identify discrepancies and support timely resolution of accounting issues.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or taxation.
CA Inter / CA Final candidate preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance.
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred.
