Job Description :

Position: ERP Computer Operator
Experience: Fresher / 1 Year Experience
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Rotational (3 Shifts)

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry in the ERP system.
Update inventory, stock, purchase, sales, and production records.
Generate invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, and reports.
Maintain and update ERP master data.
Verify data accuracy and resolve data entry errors.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Odoo, ERPNext, Tally ERP, or similar ERP systems).
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations.




Positive typing speed with attention to detail.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Qualification
Graduate or Diploma in Computer Applications, Commerce, IT, or any relevant field.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
