We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Executive to generate and manage property opportunities through Channel Partners, brokers, property consultants, local agents, and direct landowners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with new Channel Partners and property brokers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners.
Regularly call and follow up with CPs for new property/land opportunities.
Understand company requirements and source suitable properties accordingly.
Collect preliminary property details such as location, area, Gat/Survey No., ownership, pricing, access, and documentation.
Qualify and shortlist potential properties before sharing them with management.
Coordinate site visits, owner meetings, negotiations, and document collection.
Maintain an updated Channel Partner and Property Sourcing database/CRM.
Submit daily/weekly sourcing reports and ensure timely follow-ups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
