Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor In-Charge to supervise daily workshop operations, ensure smooth vehicle flow, monitor technician productivity, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day workshop floor activities.
Allocate repair jobs to technicians based on skill, workload, and priority.
Monitor vehicle movement from Job Opening to Final Delivery.
Ensure all repair and maintenance jobs are completed within the promised time.
Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and job quality.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Bodyshop, and other departments.
Ensure proper diagnosis and repair procedures are followed.
Conduct quality checks before vehicles are moved for delivery.
Handle technical issues and support technicians in resolving complex problems.
Monitor pending, delayed, and repeat repair jobs and take corrective action.
Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and discipline.




Ensure compliance with company and ŠKODA service standards.
Support customer satisfaction by minimizing delays, rework, and complaints.
Prepare and monitor daily workshop performance reports.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
3–8 years of relevant experience in an automobile dealership/workshop.
Robust knowledge of vehicle repair and workshop operations.
Experience in handling technicians and managing workshop workflow.
Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
Experience with DMS/workshop management systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in ŠKODA / Volkswagen / European car dealerships or reputed automobile service centres will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
