Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Design Faculty / Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and the ability to teach and mentor students in industry-relevant tools and concepts. This role involves guiding students in developing practical skills and preparing them for real-world design careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach fundamental and advanced concepts of Graphic Design
Train students in industry-standard design tools and workflows
Guide students in creating creative projects and skilled portfolios
Provide mentorship and support for skill development
Assist students with placement preparation and opportunities
Handle academic responsibilities and basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
Interest in Graphic Design training
0–3 years of experience in Graphic Design or teaching/training
Working proficiency in English and Tamil
Willingness to stay updated with new design trends and tools
Software Skills (Required):
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Audition
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in any field (preferred)
Certified qualification in Graphic Design (preferred)
Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage
