Job Summary

A Site Engineer is responsible for supervising construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. They coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Verify materials and workmanship meet project requirements.
Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Measure completed work and assist in preparing progress claims.
Manage site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.
Attend project meetings and provide technical support to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in construction site supervision (typically 2–3 years for mid-level positions).
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Understanding of quality control and safety management systems.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
