Role: Video Editor & Performance Creative Designer
Office Locations: Connaught Place, Delhi
Office Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Salary Range: 2.76 LPA - 3.6 LPA
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor & Performance Creative Designer who can transform raw footage, product content, and marketing briefs into high-converting advertisements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives that not only look visually appealing but also drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience in Video Editing, Graphic Design, or Performance Creative Production.




Experience creating Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertisements is mandatory.
Solid portfolio showcasing video ads, reels, short-form content, and static creatives.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and Canva.
Solid understanding of mobile-first design, Meta ad formats, aspect ratios, typography, color, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of performance marketing concepts such as hooks, retention, CTR, conversion rate, and creative fatigue.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
