Job Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Set up CNC router machines with the correct tools, fixtures, and materials.
Load raw materials onto the machine safely and accurately.
Operate CNC routers according to programmed instructions.
Monitor machine operations to ensure accurate cutting and quality output.
Measure and inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges, etc.).
Perform tool changes and adjust machine settings when necessary.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues during production.
Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
Follow quality control procedures and document inspection results.
Minimize material waste and optimize machine efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow workplace health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Work closely with programmers, supervisors, and quality inspectors to resolve production issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
