Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our team in Hinjewadi, Pune. This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers who are interested in billing, invoicing, data entry, and back-office operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, verifying billing information, maintaining records, updating data, and supporting day-to-day billing operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
Verify customer details, billing information, and transaction records
Enter and update billing data in company systems
Check invoices for errors and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of invoices and related documents
Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing-related queries
Track billing information and maintain daily records
Assist with payment and invoice-related documentation
Prepare basic billing reports as required
Follow company procedures and maintain data accuracy
Handle routine back-office and administrative activities

Requirements




Freshers are welcome to apply
12th pass, Diploma, or Graduate candidates can apply
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
Good typing and data-entry skills
