About AMPL Solar

AMPL Solar is a leading Solar EPC company specializing in residential rooftop solar solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Recovery Executive who can ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers while maintaining robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls and field visits.
Coordinate with customers before and after project installation for payment collection.
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues as per company policy.
Maintain daily follow-up records and recovery MIS.
Coordinate with Sales, Installation, and Accounts teams for payment-related issues.
Resolve customer payment concerns professionally.
Visit customer locations whenever required for payment collection.
Achieve monthly recovery targets.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the recovery process.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Recovery, Collections, Customer Support, or Accounts Receivable.




Experience in Solar EPC, Construction, Electrical, Home Improvement, or Consumer Durable industry will be preferred.
Freshers are not preferred.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and convincing ability.
Good customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work under targets.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
