Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
Manage site labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
Verify measurements and prepare billing quantities.
Maintain proper documentation (drawings, BOQs, RFIs, inspection reports).

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).




5–10 years of experience in construction/site supervision (experience level may vary).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
Robust communication and leadership skills.
