Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
Document development processes and maintain explicit communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in webMethods Fabric.
Experience with integration and middleware technologies related to webMethods Fabric.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement scalable software components within complex systems.
Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of software applications.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
