Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecalling Executive to manage outbound and inbound calls for client engagement, exhibition promotions, event invitations, and lead follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients, prospects, and event/exhibition attendees.
Invite and follow up with participants for exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
Handle client inquiries professionally and maintain strong relationships.
Generate, qualify,
and update leads in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely communication.
Maintain accurate call records and submit daily activity reports.
Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and solid follow-up ability.
