Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
Serve food and beverages while ensuring excellent service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
Address guest queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
Build positive guest relationships to enhance the overall dining experience.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
0–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurants, Cafés, QSR, Hotels, or Customer Service.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting.
Well-groomed personality with a skilled appearance.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience as a Guest Service Associate, Food & Beverage Associate, Restaurant Associate, Customer Service Associate, Steward, or similar hospitality roles will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
