We are looking for a Daycare Incharge who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the daycare facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging setting for children. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining high standards of child care, coordinating daily activities, communicating with parents, etc.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily functioning of the daycare and ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
Plan and oversee age-appropriate activities, play sessions, and routines that support children's overall development.
Maintain discipline, hygiene, cleanliness, and a child-friendly setting within the daycare.
Monitor children's attendance, health, meals, nap schedules, and developmental progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's daily activities, behaviour, and well-being.
Organize celebrations, indoor/outdoor activities, and special events for daycare children.
Ensure all toys, equipment, and learning materials are secure, clean, and well-maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
