Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into prospective customers.
Contact potential clients to understand their requirements and introduce company products/services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales prospects.
Coordinate with technical, operations, production, and management teams to meet customer requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms and support the sales team in closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in CRM/ERP systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue,



and lead-generation targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel / CRM tools.
Ability to generate leads and independently manage the sales cycle.
Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
Target-oriented and willing to travel for customer meetings when required.
Good business understanding and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
