We are looking for a Production Manager to manage production operations for our automobile spare parts manufacturing unit, including Jeep bodies, FRP/fibre parts, and 2,000+ other automotive components.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production planning, manpower, and shop-floor operations.
Ensure production targets, quality, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Read and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
Monitor productivity, wastage, rejection, and rework.
Identify production issues and implement process improvements.
Coordinate with quality, stores, purchase, and other departments.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical,
Automobile, or related field.
3+ years of production/manufacturing experience.
Mechanical/Automobile background is mandatory.
AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and shop-floor management skills.
Automobile/spare parts manufacturing experience preferred.
