Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse floor activities.

Allocate work to warehouse staff and ensure proper manpower utilization.

Monitor inbound and outbound operations, including loading and unloading.

Ensure timely picking, packing, sorting, scanning, and dispatch of shipments.

Coordinate with the warehouse, transport, and operations teams for smooth movement of goods.

Ensure proper placement and handling of materials as per warehouse procedures.

Monitor inventory movement and ensure physical stock matches system records.

Conduct regular floor checks to identify shortages, damages, misplacements, or discrepancies.

Ensure all shipments are processed within the defined TAT/SLA.

Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline on the warehouse floor.





Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines.

Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and shift-wise updates.

Handle operational issues on the floor and escalate major concerns to the Warehouse/Operations Manager.

Train and guide warehouse staff on processes, safety, and productivity standards.

Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and work performance.

Coordinate with supervisors and management to achieve daily dispatch and operational targets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
