DNA Core Venture LLP operates a Zepto quick-commerce dark store in the Ravet/Pradhikaran area of PCMC, Pune. We are hiring energetic and reliable Picker & Packer staff to join our warehouse operations team on an immediate basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick products accurately from shelves as per order requirements
Pack orders carefully and label them correctly for delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
Ensure inventory is stacked and arranged properly
Meet daily order fulfilment targets within assigned shift

Shifts Available:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Requirements:
Minimum age: 18 years
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
Basic reading ability (product labels, order slips)
Punctual, honest, and hardworking




Prior warehouse/dark store/e-commerce experience preferred but not mandatory
Local candidates from Ravet, Akurdi, Nigdi, Pimple Saudagar preferred

What We Offer:
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000/month (based on shift and performance)
