Business Development Manager

Organisation: Utkarsh Global Foundation (NGO)

Locations: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue recent B2B business opportunities.

Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate, foundations, and government bodies

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events

Track fundraising targets and prepare progress reports

Represent the Foundation at networking events, conferences, and meetings

Eligibility & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Marketing, or related field

3–7 years of experience in B2B sales/business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders

Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Preferred Candidate Profile

Based in Mumbai

Open to frequent travel pan India

Experience handling multi-state or national accounts

Solid networking skills

Immediate or short notice period preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
