About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and day-to-day finance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to lead a finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning.
Prepare and review payroll-related accounting entries.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and documentation.
Monitor fee collections, outstanding receivables, and vendor payments.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is preferred.
5–10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Experience in educational institutions is an added advantage.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of ERP-based accounting systems.
Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Financial reporting and MIS preparation.
Budgeting and cash flow management.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
