We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive student acquisitions and build brand awareness. You will connect with college students, graduates, and working specialists to promote our industry-ready training and internship programs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Build and execute creative marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our classroom and online IT courses.
College Outreach: Conduct college visits, coordinate seminars, and build relationships with academic institutions across Nashik and surrounding areas.
Counseling Support: Interact with walk-in inquiries and online leads, explaining course advantages, hands-on projects, and full job support features.
Digital Campaigns: Assist in managing local Meta ads, Instagram campaigns, and WhatsApp marketing broadcasts to reach prospective candidates.
Market Research: Identify local educational trends and track competitor offerings to suggest business growth tactics.

Required Qualifications & Skills




Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Commerce, or a related field.
Communication: Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; good working knowledge of English.
Skills: Solid convincing and interpersonal skills with a highly energetic personality.
Technical Basics: Proficient with Microsoft Excel (for tracking leads) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler for local college visits and field marketing activities within Nashik.
