Key Responsibilities:
Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
Manage garden equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring they are well- maintained and properly used by the maintenance team.
Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working setting for staff and visitors. Identify and address potential hazards.
Having excellent knowledge about plants & fertilizers.
Ability to Handle multiple teams
Supervise and guide a team of gardeners and maintenance staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering a cooperative and productive work setting.
Monitor and address the health of plants, trees, and shrubs by diagnosing and treating diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.




Plan and implement seasonal tasks, such as planting, mulching, leaf removal, and snow removal, to keep the garden well-maintained throughout the year.

Candidate must Have:-
03 - 05 years of Experience in maintenance work and an eye for detail
Knowledge and interest in plants and trees
Driving License would be an advantage
Knowledge of Computer
Preferred :- Graduation not required candidate who word on Ground with the complete knowledge of Maintenance & Plants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
