Supervise daily production activities.
Manage production manpower.
Ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate with stores, dispatch and quality teams.
Improve manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics preferred
Manufacturing experience is mandatory
Team handling experience
Valuable leadership skills
ERP knowledge preferred
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
