Job Description:
Dispense prescribed medicines accurately to OPD and IPD patients as per doctor’s orders.
Review prescriptions for correctness, dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications.
Maintain proper storage of medicines including cold chain items as per guidelines.
Manage pharmacy inventory, stock levels, expiry dates, and indenting.
Ensure compliance with Drug Control regulations, hospital pharmacy policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate records for narcotic drugs, high-risk medicines, and controlled substances.
Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and precautions.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and stores for uninterrupted medicine availability.
Support audits, inspections,



and documentation as per hospital and regulatory standards.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control within the pharmacy area.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations
Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing
Valuable communication and patient-counseling skills
Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
