Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced R&D; Head to lead the Research & Development team for consumer electronics. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, oversee recent product development, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the R&D; team in the design and development of current consumer electronic products.
Develop product roadmaps and drive innovation initiatives.
Manage the complete product development lifecycle from concept to production.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
Improve product performance, reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.
Lead engineering design reviews, testing, validation, and product certification activities.
Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Prepare project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.




Mentor and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
12–18 years of experience in R&D;/Product Development within the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances industry.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing R&D; teams.
