Key Responsibilities :
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
Maintain high-speed Blown Film Extrusion machines.
Carry out die assembly, screw & barrel assembly, and maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
Maintain Thermoforming, Injection Moulding, Flexographic, Gravure, and Offset Printing machines.
Execute maintenance of Corrugation, Folding & Gluing machines.
Maintain Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
Perform alignment of motors, pumps, couplings, and rotating equipment.
Service compressors, vacuum pumps, blow pumps, ARO pumps, Husky pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
Conduct maintenance of boiler accessories and utilities.
Ensure machine calibration and equipment reliability.




Coordinate shutdown maintenance and machine overhauling.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Utility departments for smooth operations.
Train technicians and supervise maintenance activities.
