Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and end-user systems.
Administer Windows Server (2019/2022/2025), Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
Manage Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, VMware, Hyper-V, and AWS settings.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, Linux servers, and SQL Server.
Monitor server performance, backups, patch management, and security.
Resolve infrastructure incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain IT documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.

Pay: ₹9,510.89 - ₹30,000.00 per month
