Key Responsibilities
Generate current memberships and business leads.
Promote deposit and loan products to eligible members.
Build relationships with local traders, shopkeepers, self-employed professionals, and community groups.
Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly business development targets.
Maintain records of leads and customer interactions.
Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel locally.
Sales or marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
