Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven PPC / Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts independently, optimizing ad budgets for maximum ROAS, and driving measurable conversion growth.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Client Account Ownership: Independently manage and scale performance marketing portfolios for multiple client accounts.
Audience & Keyword Targeting: Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to align campaigns with target KPIs.
Creative & Copy Optimization: Work closely with content and graphic design teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for improved CTR and conversion rates.
Budget & Bid Management:



Allocate ad spend efficiently to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and custom dashboards; deliver actionable performance reports to stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media / PPC advertising (digital agency background is strongly preferred).
Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Analytical Mindset: Solid command over digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate) and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Execution Skills: Proven track record of handling real ad budgets and delivering scalable performance campaigns.
Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Ability to handle multi-client expectations and tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
Immediate or short notice period joiners will be prioritized.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
