We are looking for a talented and experienced Sr Node Developer to join our growing Chris Engineering Team. As a Sr Node Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Node-based applications, implementing new features, and ensuring code quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-performing, scalable, and reliable Node applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code
Continuously improve code and processes to ensure efficient and reliable software development
Keep up-to-date with new trends and technologies in the Node.js community
Mentor and train junior developers in the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
At least 5 years of experience working with Node.js and its frameworks such as Express, Hapi, or NestJS
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or Postgres
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
