Role: Education Counselor

Summary:
An Education Counselor guides students in choosing the right academic programs and career paths, ensuring they make informed decisions based on their goals and interests.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch company products/services.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.




Follow up with warm leads shared by the marketing or CRM team.
Maintain call logs, customer databases, and daily sales reports.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Upsell / cross-sell where applicable.
Assist in training and mentoring new tele sales executives.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

Skills Required:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess and understand student needs.
Knowledge of academic programs and admission procedures.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any field; prior counseling experience preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
