Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Investigate & Analyse - Dive into online marketplaces, e-commerce sites, and social media to spot infringing content. Your sharp eye for detail will be key in identifying unauthorized use of our clients' intellectual property.
Execute Enforcement -Collaborate with online platforms, e-commerce sites, and hosting providers to initiate takedown procedures. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients' content stays protected.
Collaboration -Work closely with our Client Management teams to help achieve our clients' brand protection goals, providing insights and updates on specific cases.
Trend Reporting - Review enforcement reports, identify trends, and provide context around unusual activities, helping to refine our strategies and improve our services.
Strategic Input -Suggest improvements to our approach, including shifts in focus, investigative targets, or adjustments to enforcement methods.
Adapt & Innovate -Take on program-specific tasks and adapt to changing priorities, all while contributing fresh ideas to enhance our processes.
