MYG is looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently. The role involves calling customers, collecting feedback, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Call customers for follow-ups, feedback, and support
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain polite and qualified communication
Record customer responses and update reports
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely support

Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer concerns patiently
Prior customer service experience is an added advantage

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
