Job Summary

Warehouse International Private Limited is looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Handle B2B sales and develop current business opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Visit clients and understand their requirements.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain sales reports, customer records, and follow-up status.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.

Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive convincing and presentation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Solid customer relationship management skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Eligibility
Qualification: MBA / B.Tech
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales.
Experience in B2B/Industrial Sales will be preferred.
Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be given preference.

Compensation

₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month + Sales Target-Based Incentives

The incentive structure will be linked to achievement of defined sales targets, providing additional earning potential for high-performing candidates.
