Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Experience in backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
Familiarity with database security management and compliance standards.
Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.
Experience with database patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
