Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, strong sourcing capabilities, and a solid understanding of US employment types and work authorizations.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates for client requirements.
Recruit candidates under W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within specified timelines.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals using multiple sourcing channels.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.




Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS.
Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Solid understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment process.
Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
Good knowledge of US work authorizations, including:
US Citizens
Green Card Holders
H-1B
OPT
CPT
EAD
TN Visa
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar.
Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and advanced Boolean Search techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
