Position: Regional Manager - Business Development (Passive)

Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Solid experience in Passive Investment Products (ETF & Index Funds).
Drive sales and AUM growth for Passive products across assigned regions.
Build and manage relationships with MFDs, RIAs, Banks, National Distributors, and Channel Partners.
Execute product campaigns, NFO launches, and regional sales initiatives.
Identify and onboard current distribution partners to expand business reach.
Conduct product training and workshops for Sales Teams, RMs, and distributors.
Monitor regional performance through MIS, dashboards, and sales analytics.
Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams for seamless transaction execution.
Develop distributor-specific solutions and resolve operational/process-related issues.
Solid understanding of Mutual Fund distribution, capital markets, and passive investment products.
Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, and business development skills.
