About the Role

· We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You'll work on social media creatives, branding materials, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral while learning from experienced designers in a collaborative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Design & Creativity

· Create engaging social media posts, banners, carousels, and advertisements.

· Design marketing materials for digital campaigns.

· Assist in creating presentations, brochures, and branding assets.

· Adapt existing creative into multiple formats and sizes.

· Project Coordination

· Collaborate with content writers, account managers, and marketing teams.

· Ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

· Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality standards.

· Brand Consistency

· Follow brand guidelines across different client projects.





· Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, and layouts.

· Organize design files and project assets efficiently.

· Continuous Learning

· Stay updated with design trends and social media formats.

· Explore AI-powered creative tools and design innovations.

· Learn motion graphics and video editing basics (preferred).

· Required Skills & Experience

· 1–2 years of experience in graphic design.

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

· Basic understanding of Adobe InDesign or Figma is a plus.

· Valuable knowledge of social media design formats.

· Solid eye for typography, layout, and color.

· Preferred Personality

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
