We are hiring a Production Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate production records and daily production entries. The candidate must have positive knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, along with MS Excel and computer operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enter daily production data accurately in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Maintain production reports, stock entries, and inventory records.
Update raw material consumption and finished goods entries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Coordinate with the Production, Store, and Accounts departments.
Verify production data and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
Maintain production registers and digital records.
Required Skills
Tally ERP/Tally Prime knowledge is Mandatory.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, filters, VLOOKUP preferred).
Positive typing speed and computer skills.
Basic understanding of production and inventory processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
Tally Certification will be an added advantage.
