We are a growing online retail business looking for a smart, proactive and creative individual to manage online sales operations and in-house marketing activities.

*Private office workspace will be provided.

This role is ideal for someone who understands online customers, enjoys digital marketing, and can help grow an e-commerce brand.

*Key Responsibilities

Online Sales & Operations:
Manage online orders and customer enquiries
Handle WhatsApp, Instagram and website queries
Process billing, order tracking and coordination with delivery partners
Maintain product listings and update stock
Ensure smooth order fulfilment

In-House Marketing:
Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create engaging posts, reels and promotional content
Plan online campaigns to increase sales
Develop offers and discount strategies
Monitor performance and suggest growth ideas

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
